1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Anon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Anon governing your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you either through the Service or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Using Our Service

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Account Registration

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
  • Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

4. AI-Powered Content Moderation

The Service uses artificial intelligence to moderate content and prevent harmful communication. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All messages are subject to AI analysis before delivery
  • Messages that our AI system identifies as harmful may be blocked
  • While we strive for accuracy, our AI systems may occasionally misidentify content
  • You can report misidentified content through the Service

5. Content and Conduct

5.1 User Content

You retain all rights to the content you post through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in connection with providing the Service.

5.2 Content Guidelines

While we offer anonymous communication, you are responsible for your conduct and any content you post through the Service. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and respect the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Anon and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our explicit permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

You may terminate your use of the Service by deleting your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANON, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICE, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
